Important Information:

The confirmation fee is for exchange in Summer 2026 and/or Fall/Winter 2026/2027.  It is non-refundable and non-transferable (to another student or to another year).

Students must agree the Conditions of Acceptance on their exchange contract.

Payment MUST be made within 24 HOURS of submitting the Exchange Offer Submission Form and signed Exchange Contract.

**FAILURE TO MEET ANY OF THE DEADLINES WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF EXCHANGE SPOT AND IT WILL BE OFFERED TO ANOTHER STUDENT**
